EFQM

Refah bank achieved certificate of “Commitment to Excellence” from European

Foundation Quality Management (EFQM) in 2007 as the first Iranian organization after one year of full continuous effort and preliminary activities. This certificate is specially granted to organizations that have started movement toward excellence and getting this certificate by Refah Bank is a considered as a turning point in the banking system. It’s worth saying that Refah Bank has taken fundamental steps during 2008 for achieving the certificate of being “Recognized for Excellence” from the mentioned foundation (which is an important level).

ISO 9001-2000

Refah Bank succeeded in receiving ISO 9001-2000 certificate from the German company of (DOS) in 2001. In the direction of controlling audit of quality management system and according to audit group report from DQS company, the validity of quality management system certificate had been extended on the basis of ISO 9001-2000 standard for another one year.

Acquiring international quality star from international institute (BID)

Refah Bank was assessed by influential institute of (BID) based on BIDQC100TQM model on the basis of indices such as quality-orientation, job satisfaction, systems effectiveness,…and succeeded in receiving international quality star prize.

Acquiring “Platinum and Diamond” prizes from international institute of BID

In line with Refah bank’s policy to enhance the quality of its activities in movement to excellence and in increasing customers’ satisfaction and in tandem with culturalizing co-operation and team work, the bank could obtain the first rank in customer orientation for the 7th successive year.

Acquiring the first rank of customer orientation for the seventh successive year

Refah Bank could achieve the first rank for customer and clients honor in the banking and insurance group in 2010 on the basis of customer s’ orientation measurement plan which is run by IR via presidency office each year.

No complains from Refah Bank in article 90 commission                                              

Refah Bank has not received any complaints based on article 90 commission announcements in the third consecutive meeting of mentioned commission.

Appreciation for correct management of the bank’s liquidity

Refah Bank has been appreciated for correct liquidity management and proper banking actions without dependence of financial sources of central bank of Islamic Republic of Iran based on C.B.I. announcement.

Acquiring the two first positions in festival of selecting the top public relations of

Ministry of economy and financial affairs

In the 2nd festival of public relations of Ministry of Economy and Financial Affairs, Refah Bank’s public relation department won the first two ranks regarding the planning an technique of public relations and was recognized as the best top subordinate institutions of the said ministry in 2008.

ISO 9001-2008

After the expiry of ISO 9001-2000 certificate which is as the first bank in the Middle East, Refah Bank received ISO 9001-2008 from a German company (tuvnord) for all its activities and services.

Acquiring the top rank in extending services and accountability

Refah Bank was awarded the top rank statue of service and accountability among 44 ministries and organizations in the fifth festival of accountability.
