Electronic services

Refah Bank is extending different types of electronic and virtual services to customers based on the concept of performing banking tasks virtually and without customers’ presence. Among these services are the following:

·        Extending services of electronic payment cards such as Refah card, Gift card, Family card, Coupon card, ….

·        Establishing ATMs in different locations to ease the customers’ access to services extended through these systems

·        Establishing points of sale to facilitate the process of purchasing goods & services electronically

·        Establishing internet banking system capable of having access to banking services such as balance checking, fund transfer, satna, paya, bill payment,…. for customers

·        Providing the possibility of Refah Bank’s payment gateway in order to purchase goods and services through internet and electronically

·        Establishing telephone bank and mobile bank system in order to have access to the account information and banking services through cell phone

·        Establishing SOD system to have access to account balance, check status ,…. through sms
