Qarz-al-Hassaneh Saving Account
By opening such an account, you deposit certain amount of funds with Refah Bank in the form of Qarz-al-Hassaneh saving account. The bank allocates the balance of these accounts, in the form of credit facilities to some social affairs, such as marriage and its costs (including provision of first necessities), curing and treatment, benevolent funds and meeting the emergency needs of the applicants.
No interest will be paid to the balance of these accounts; hence no interest will be paid by the borrowers. The principal amount of the deposit can be received upon demanding. You can open this account by crediting any desired amount (at least IRR 100,000 and more).

Award Ceremony of saving accounts awards
The award ceremony is held annually and the determined awards are granted to the lucky winners. This ceremony is held at the presence and under the supervision of the bank's representatives, representative of I.R.Iran General Prosecutor, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Financial Affairs and Central Bank of Iran. The public will be informed of the time and place of the ceremony through widely-circulated newspapers. Furthermore, based on the pre-determined arrangements, the account holders can attend in this ceremony.

Terms and conditions of attending the award ceremony
The minimum amount to attend such ceremony is IRR 100,000 and every IRR 50,000 will be scored per day. To take part in the ceremony, having at least IRR 100,000 balance in the last day of the opening period or completion of the balance provided that IRR 100,000 is maintained for 90 successive days is required.
The provision of receiving awards is the maintenance of the balance of the account on the date of holding ceremony, while at least IRR 100,000 should be sustained for 3 successive months since the initial day until 89 days after the last day of opening account or completion of the balance.

Required Documents
1- Being at least 12 years old (for those less than 12, their father, mother or their legal guardian can open the account)
2- Presenting the original and copy of the pictured ID and National card
3- Two photos (for the illiterate)
4- Filled-in the related application form in the branch
5- Presenting the name & family name, and stamp and finger print for blinds, handicapped, and illiterates
