Allocating credit facilities for marriage and providing trousseau within in a day
Qarz-al-Hassaneh credit facilities for marriage and providing trousseau in a day are allocated to those couples getting married for the first time, whose marriage date is after 1386/09/01(2007/11/22) against sufficient security under the following conditions:
1. Incase the applicant is the official employer of the government or public non-state organizations, allocating the facility is possible against wage certificate as well as the written undertaking to pay in installment out of his wage for installment, while signing the related binding contract by the applicant.
2. If the applicant is the employee of those organizations, companies or institutes which have signed contracts with the bank or memorandum of understanding regarding allocation of facilities to their staff, the said credit facility is payable solely against presenting employment certificate from the relevant source and signing the binding contract by the applicant.
3. If the applicant is not included in points 1 or 2 above, he can receive the credit facility upon presenting recommendation letters from the individuals or legal entities, who possess accounts with high turn over in the bank and wage certificate (those documents, indicating the continuous income of the applicants), signed by them as the recommender under the agreement and at the back of the promissory notes as the warrantor, as well as the applicant's signature under the contract and the promissory notes as the obliged party.
4. If the applicant is not subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions, he can introduce a person as a warrantor, who is the employee of one of the state-owned bodies or public non-state companies. Then the applicant can receive the said credit facility by presenting wage certificate, guaranteed the repayment out of his wage and the wage payment certificate and signing the related contract and the promissory notes, being endorsed by the warrantor.
